Desired Candidate Profile



Applying candidates must meet the following requirements: 1) Must have completed a Bachelor's or a Master's degree from a good college, and with a good score. 2) Must have good communication skills. 3) Must possess a high level of self motivation and high quality work ethics. 4) Have very strong analytical and problem solving skills. 5) Have very strong interest in organization building. 6) Preferably, must have atleast 1-2 years of experience working.

Salary:INR 10000

Duties:Handling recruitment activities, including: -> Ensuring all the openings are listed on various portals. -> Ensuring coordination with various HR consultants / agencies in recruitments. -> Coordinating with various campuses in passing them information of various openings. -> Identifying and shortlisting candidates for various cycles of interview and selection. -> Helping with decision making whenever required, and ensuring candidates joining. Manage the buyzaar Internship program, including: -> Coordinating with various top Universities and internship sites to post internship openings. -> Intern shortlisting, lining up for interviews, coordinating on various roles and profiles, and managing their arrangement. Admin �¢?? including being responsible for workspace, best practices, hygiene, basic infrastructure maintenance �¢?? while keeping costs under control. Ensuring adequate discipline and compliance amongst the team members, including �¢?? but not limited to, ensuring high level of productivity amongst self and others. This involves setting up a high moral precedent and example. Conducting regular team growth activities, including team meetings, learning sessions, even annual picnics / lunches. Ensuring a system of monitoring performance, sharing feedback and appraisal, including: Daily checklist / reports, as developed, for every team member. Monthly feedback �¢?? performance or otherwise. Quarterly 360 degrees peer feedback, and a remedial action plan based on that. Working with the management in implementation of agreed on Employee benefits, including assisting team members in availing them.
